To Join by Cash or Money Order, Follow These Instructions
  • Use the button below to access our snail mail order form.
  • Enter the information as requested in each field. NOTE: All information is required.
  • Submit the form, and print the printable page as instructed.
  • Sign the legal statement and mail the full printed form along with your payment to the address provided. NOTE: The legal statement must be signed. We cannot process orders that do not include the signed legal statement.
  • Once we receive and process your order, your login username/password will be emailed to the email address you entered on the form.

Important Notes to Consider
  • All cash/money order subscriptions are non-reoccurring. There are no rebills.
  • Cash, money orders or U.S. cashiers checks only. We cannot accept personal checks.
  • All payments must be in U.S. Funds (USD). No foreign currencies will be accepted.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen payments.
  • Make sure you enter a valid email address as this is the only way you will receive your username/password.
  • Most orders will be processed within 1 - 2 days after we receive the form and payment. So please wait 7 (U.S.) to 15 (outside U.S.) days to contact us concerning your order.
  • Membership period will begin after your order has been processed.
  • All orders are final, and no refunds will be issued.
